1/2 tsp cinnamon

Procedure:
·
Preheat oven to 350. Line a
baking sheet with either parchment paper.

Sift together the flour, baking powder,
and salt. Set aside. In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle
attachment, mix together the butter and sugar on medium speed until light and
fluffy in consistency for about 3-5 minutes. Mix in eggs one at a time,
beating for one minute after each addition and scraping down the sides as

combined.

Stir together cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar
in a small bowl. Shape the dough into little balls (about a heaping tsp
or a small cookie scoop’s worth). Roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar
mixture. Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and
bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Let the cookies cool on
the baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Let cool
completely before filling.
