Don’t you just love doughnuts? These rich creamy sweet doughnuts are easy
to make follow recipe below:
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons buttermilk
5 tablespoons Speculoos spread
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon melted butter
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon Speculoos spread
3 - 4 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 - 4 tablespoons milk
Direction:
For the Dough
Preheat oven
to 325 degrees.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and
salt in a bowl. Add buttermilk, egg, Speculoos spread, vanilla and melted
butter. Whisk to combine.
Transfer dough to a ziplock bag. Snip off a corner of the bag and pipe dough evenly into a 6-cup doughnut pan. You can also use a pastry bag with a tip as well.

Bake for 9-10
minutes, or until dough is set (it won’t be golden brown, but should be
springy.)
For the Glaze
For the Glaze
In a separate
bowl, mix together powdered sugar, vanilla and Speculoos spread. Begin adding
milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Stir until desired thickness of glaze is achieved.
Glaze doughnuts while warm or cool.
